Who the Heck Are We?

Zinggia (ZiNG•gĪ•yə) is a husband and wife illustration and design duo from Columbus, Ohio. He does a third-rate sketch on the back of a Chipotle napkin, and she transforms it into tasty, vectorized gold. Our story started in art school… we met, became fast friends, and have been making art together ever since! We make the perfect team because each of us loves the job that we do, & neither of us wants to do what the other does! We LOVE monsters…classic, crypto, greek…anything with fur or fangs pleases us.

Alison

Alison likes the sound of stepping on dried leaves (and not the sound of her neighbor’s wailing poodle), rocks out to Clutch and Langhorne Slim, and has seen Jaws and Predator too many times to count. She once auditioned for Wheel of Fortune and won a steak dinner as a consolation prize.

Jason

Jason is a former Gerber baby model and a future “Handsomest Man over 90” award recipient. He likes collecting weird toys and dreams of finding unopened action figures at long-abandoned Big Bear Plus stores. He drew the cover for Weezer fanzine (Weezine) #3 and is fan club member #0426.

Tuna Fish Joe

Tuna is a Basset Hound Pit Bull mix rescue dog and a parvovirus survivor. He likes to track flies, bite hose water, and rapidly destroy so-called “indestructible” chew toys. He was born with an extra cuteness gene and has two feet that are on backwards.
